Front Rose Front Rose is an autonomous collective and independent media with a revolutionary queer editorial line. The project was born in the fall of 2024 as a continuation of the Queer Revolutionary movements that came to life in Tiohtiake/Montreal in 2022 (P!nk Bloc, Brûlances, Drag Defenders, etc.).

Taking a step back from activism per se, Front Rose aims to be a space for reflection and dialogue, with a view to developing anticapitalist and queer revolutionary thinking. A thought that aims to anchor queer liberation in a broader logic of overcoming current society and abolishing all systems of oppression and exploitation. Front Rose se veut un espace de réflexion et de dialogue visant le développement d’une pensée queer anticapitaliste et révolutionnaire. Une pensée qui vise à ancrer la libération queer dans une logique plus large de dépassement de la société actuelle et d’abolition de tous les systèmes d’oppression et d’exploitation.

Front Rose Front Rose is a paper magazine that offers a space for critical and in-depth reflection, but it's also a virtual publication space (social media and website) where news texts are published among other things. The collective is also aiming, in time, to develop audiovisual content. Our website has the additional aim of making various resources accessible to the queer and activist communities.
